On 02.27.2015, at around 21.30, the border of the Coast Guard were observed by surveillance system SCOMAR a suspect vessel, about 10 nautical miles from Cape Tuzla, which move toward the shore romanesc.Imediat, cops border emergency occurred in performing a specific mission to intercept and identify the boat, moving from place indicated by two Coast Guard vessels, MAY 2113 in Constanta Ship Group and 1102 Group of Ship Sulina.

Border policemen noticed a boat fishing vessel type, length about 20 meters long, having hoisted the flag of Romania, which were 70 people, children, women and men who did not speak Romanian.
