My Place 2 Integration
Romanian language courses, legal, social and medical counselling, civic orientation, after-school programmes, digital labs and mobile teams - for refugees, temporary protection beneficiaries and third-country nationals across 7 counties in south-eastern Romania.
INSPIRE
Preventing school dropout in 20 schools in Constanța and Tulcea counties: early identification of vulnerable students, social pedagogues and school mediators, training for 300 teachers, socio-emotional workshops and family–school mediation - so that around 2,500 students stay in education.
In Loco
Local action for refugee integration in rural communities across Dobrogea: intercultural mediators on the ground, participatory research with 40 researchers with refugee backgrounds, the multilingual “Dobrogea Pathways” orientation module and online Romanian language courses on the JRS Edu Hub platform.
My Place Junior
A STEAM summer school with 11 science workshops and a Digital Innovation Club with 16 sessions on 3D modelling, 3D printing and graphic design - for 63 Romanian and refugee children (ages 5–16) at the Regional Integration Centre in Constanța.
Mentoring and educational support for Ukrainian children
Mixed teams of Romanian and Ukrainian teachers in 3 schools in Constanța, remedial Romanian language and mathematics activities, LearnFusion training for 42 teachers and 300 educational kits - for 150 Ukrainian refugee children and 150 vulnerable Romanian children.
Alternative
A temporary support mechanism for tolerated foreigners in return procedures, as an alternative to public custody: temporary housing, individual assessment, case management, legal, social and psychological counselling, material and medical support, educational activities - with special attention to vulnerable persons.
O Casă Nouă
Information, counselling and practical support for finding and renting adequate housing, mediation with landlords and homeowner associations, material support - for beneficiaries of international protection in Romania, as a foundation for socio-economic integration.
FinEd4NPOs
Financial education for women in vulnerable situations, including migrants and refugees: training programme for NGO staff, volunteers and community leaders, practical curriculum, digital financial skills and reusable resources. Partnership with FLiP (Austria), Menhely Alapítvány (Hungary) and Verein the Connection (Austria).
